With full knowledge that what I am attempting can easily be done with a small script, I was curious if the Animator tool has built-in functionality to allow for a conditional animation for a state that already has a dedicated animation.
For instance, I am currently working on a character with a standard jump animation. However, if I wanted to have an alternative animation if I am transitioning out of say, a somersault state or jumping while the character is running at a speed faster than his standard, is there a built-in way to do so within either the transition window or state window that I am missing, or should I resort to scripting the behavior?
I feel like this is something obvious but for whatever reason it is escaping me and I would appreciate any advice on the subject :)
